Foundation

The part that
is not commercial.

Some of the most necessary environmental work will never pay for itself. The Foundation exists so that work is funded structurally by the network rather than sponsored occasionally by its marketing budget.

Pillars

Six commitments, written into the operating model.

Restoration
Beach, waterway and public-space recovery in the markets where the network operates.
Paid crews
Cleanup work compensated through the same ledger as any other verified action.
Access
Stations placed in low-income neighbourhoods before they are commercially justified.
Education
Programme funding for schools that cannot yet host a station.
Open method
Impact methodology published so the numbers can be checked, not just cited.
Fixed allocation
The share is set in the operating agreement, not decided annually by marketing.

Reporting

Published like accounts, not like a campaign.

Allocation, disbursement and outcome are reported on the same cadence as company financials, drawn from the same ledger. Where a figure cannot be verified from network events, it is published as an estimate with the method attached.
